This Kaleidoscope Event was in support of the Royal National Lifeboat Institution once again
and raised £746.87, bringing Kaleidoscope's overall total for this worthy cause since 1994 to £9,226.25.
Sue Coombes, Honorary Secretary of RNLI Stourbridge Branch, said:
"The auction was amazing - £680.00 raised which just goes to show how dedicated and generous you and your supporters are.
There was also £66.87 in the buckets which brought the total for the day to £746.87 and the grand total to £9,226.25 - absolutely fantastic.
We are very, very grateful - although the busy summer period is over, the RNLI's volunteer crews will still be on call 24/7 over the forthcoming Christmas and New Year period when most people in the UK will be busy enjoying themselves. Thanks to you and your continued support they will be able to answer the calls in the best boats and with the best gear and training possible thus keeping themselves safe as they help others in trouble at sea.
Thank you again - the RNLI's crews really couldn't do what they do without you - this is where the rescue starts."
